The Dog Actors Guild helps photographers, casting agents, producers and directors find the right dogs for photo shoots, commercials and other film work. Our members can be discovered using a number of search criteria including breed, size, color, and level of training.     We recommend basic obedience training for all aspiring dog actors. The Dog Actors Guild suggests carefully researching trainers in order to find someone who can help your dog reach his full potential using fun, reward based training techniques. Ask your veterinarian and neighbors for recommendations and then be sure to watch the trainer in action before making your choice.
